Ubiquiti U7-IW: Next-Generation WiFi 7 In-Wall Access Point

In modern hospitality, multi-dwelling, and premium enterprise office environments, delivering cutting-edge wireless speeds alongside high-speed wired connectivity is essential. The Ubiquiti UniFi U7 In-Wall (U7-IW) is a compact, high-performance WiFi 7 access point engineered to replace standard electrical wall plates, delivering next-generation wireless throughput and integrated multi-gigabit switching.

Advanced WiFi 7 Performance and Coverage

Powered by advanced 802.11be WiFi 7 technology, the U7-IW utilizes 4 spatial streams across dual bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) to provide ultra-fast wireless connectivity. Designed for room-level tuning and high-density environments, it covers up to 115 m² (1,250 ft²), ensuring significantly reduced latency, higher capacity, and efficient multi-link operation.

Integrated 2.5 GbE Switch with PoE Output

Equipped with (3) 2.5 GbE RJ45 ports, the U7-IW ensures high-speed wired backhaul and client connectivity. Its built-in switch includes (1) PoE+ input port and (1) PoE output port (requiring PoE+ input), enabling seamless power delivery to an external VoIP phone, security camera, or auxiliary network device.

Sleek In-Wall Design and UniFi Management

Designed for discreet wall mounting onto standard electrical junction boxes with an included metal wall mount, the U7-IW blends seamlessly into modern interiors. Managed centrally via the UniFi Network application, administrators benefit from intuitive setup, advanced VLAN configuration, guest portal features, and real-time network monitoring.
